All Services and Testing are completed on a "first come, first served" basis. Pre-Registering for services or testing will save you time when you arrive at HealthBar. Start the Registration process as outlined below if you are at home. If you want to come directly to our location and Register, you can scan our QR code to get right back to this page. Payment won't be processed until after your services are completed.

Select your test/service type
Select the day you would like service
Complete your registration by entering in the necessary information, Payment won't process until test/service is completed
A HealthBar clinician will come out to your vehicle to complete the test/service
Once your test/service is completed, you can drive away!
Your results and/or visit summary will be sent to you via a secure text message & email
